1. This low voltage COB strip light cannot connect to 220V or 110V directly! A 12V/24V DC transformer is required , not included.

2. The COB strip is jointed by 0.5m strip, so there are some jointed (welding) points on the strip, it's normal!

3. DC24V COB led strip light below 10 meters,  or DC12V COB led strip light below 5 meters, with no voltage drop when powered at one end.

    COB led strip light (DC12V 6m/7m/8m/9m/10m) exceeding 6m requires two terminal power  supplies to ensure no voltage drop.

4. When you order more than 2kg, we will ship them to you via DHL/UPS/Fedex or other fast shipping , if any duty and Vat in your local customs, please pay them, thank you!
